Drink More Water

Your friendly reminder to drink more water! Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? The average person drinks 2-3 cups of water a day. Which is nowhere near enough. Dehydration can lead to multiple issues, including chronic fatigue, muscle weakness and headaches. Not to mention the drying, aging effect on the skin! Dehydrated skin is dry and flaky and lacks that youthful bounce. Women should be drinking around 9 cups a day and men should shoot for 12 cups. An easy way to remember this is to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water a day. Cheers 💦
